This Devon Guild curated exhibition at the Totnes Museum celebrates the finest contemporary textile makers working in the region alongside a museum collection that focuses on the town's historical links with the wool trade.
The exhibition features Devon Guild textile makers Liz Clay, Trish Coady-Clements, Louise Cottey, Jane Deane, Anna Gravelle, Yuli Somme and Jenny Wilkinson.
You are warmly invited to the Opening Party of Wonderwool opened by the Mayor of Totnes and Erica Steer, Chief Executive of the Devon Guild. Join us on Tuesday, 4th April at 10am. It’s FREE ENTRY for the launch which gives you a great chance to see the museum, herbal garden and archives as well as some great contemporary textile work. No RSVP needed, please just turn up.

Liz's work features in Wearable Expressions the 7th International Juried Exhibition of Wearable Art featuring fibre, jewellery and accessories.
Runway Show - 4th February 2017 as part of HOUSE, a site-specific performance on the Pacific edge.
Inspired by the heritage of Savile Row tailoring, representing both tradition and innovation, Liz's work aims to capture the concept of classic British design with a touch of sophisticated rebel, reflecting a mood that is fresh and modern.

Liz's work, Three Of Us will be on display at the Patterson-Appleton Arts Center in Texas. The work was one of 1500 submissions that were reduced to the final 95 exhibitors by JoAnn Edwards from the Museum of Craft and Design, San Francisco.
Three Of Us is "a celebration of my practice where material, process and technique come together, blurring the boundaries between function and aesthetic expression."
